摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of echocardiography and ECG in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease.Methods From March 2013 to February 2015,56 cases of hypertensive heart disease patients as the research object,al patients were folowed by cardiac color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis and ECG examination,according to the clinical examination.Results Heart color Doppler ultrasound in patients with hyper- tensive heart disease,left atrial enlargement,left ventricular hypertrophy,left ventricular enlargement,aortic dilatation and the detection rate of elastic decline were significantly higher than that of ECG,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with essential hypertension were examined by cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography,which has high diagnostic specificity and high diagnostic accuracy,which can be used as the first choice for the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease.关键词
