骨性牙颌面畸形患者的治疗与焦虑障碍干预的临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Patients with Maxillofacial Deformity and the Intervention of Anxiety Disorder

Abstract
Objective:To help patients become psychologically healthy social individuals with normal function through therapy with osseous dental maxillofacial deformities and active intervention to the related psychological anxiety disorders.Method:59 patients of dental osseous dental maxillofacial deformities with obvious anxiety symptoms were selected,they were treated by orthognathic surgery, preoperative orthodontics and postoperative orthodontics to regain organ function, meanwhile,the anxiety was given the positive psychological intervention, quantitative study was given the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA).Result:The treatment applied to the patients with osseous dental maxillofacial deformities was effective,the HAMA scores before and after the treatment of patients showed a significant difference (P<0.05),patients’ psychological anxiety got a satisfied level.Conclusion:For the treatment of patients with osseous dental maxillofacial deformities combined with active intervention of psychological anxiety, patients can get a good physical and mental rehabilitation.关键词
