甲基泼尼松龙联合地塞米松治疗急性脊髓炎的临床疗效观察
Clinical Efficacy of Methylprednisolone Combined with Dexamethasone in Treatment of Acute Myelitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of methylprednisolone combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of acute myelitis, in order to provide a theoretical basis for promoting recovery of spinal nerve function and improving clinical efficiency.Method: 140 patients with acute myelitis in our hospital were selected from January 2014 to January 2015,they were randomly divided into study group and control group,70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Methylprednisolone treatment,the study group was given Methylprednisolone combined with Dexamethasone treatment.The muscle strength improved level 2 time, walk time and sphincter function recovery time of two groups were compared.The ASIA scores of movement, perception, pain and touch before and after treatment of two groups were recorded. The rate of treatment efficient,adverse reaction and complication of two groups were statisticaled. Result:In study group, the muscle strength improved level 2 time was (11.98±1.05)d,walk time was (13.66±1.01)d, and sphincter function recovery time was (9.83±1.07)d,they were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the study group’s motor function score was (36.78±1.04) points, awareness score was (33.93±1.08) points, the pain score was (65.48±1.12) points and touch score was (66.64±1.16) points,the treatment effective rate of study group was 94.29%,they were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the adverse reaction rate and complication rate of two groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Methylprednisolone combined with Dexamethasone in the treatment of acute myelitis can promote rapid recovery,improve the efficiency of treatment and reduce the complications.关键词
