Anesthesia Analysis of Transthoracic Minimally Invasive Occlusion for the Treatment of Congenital Heart Disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the anesthetic method and effect of transthoracic minimally invasive occlusion for the treatment of congenital heart disease(CHD).Method:90 CHD patients with transthoracic minimally invasive occlusion in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2015 were selected as research objects, according to different methods of anesthesia they were randomly divided into the vein group for 40 cases(intravenous injection of Ketamine) and the inhalation group for 50 cases (inhalation of Sevoflurane),the anesthesia effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:In the two groups, the HR and MAP were relatively stable intraoperative, but those of the inhalation group were significantly better than the vein group, and the recovery time and extubation time of the inhalation group were significantly shorter than the vein group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the inhalation group was 14.0%,which was significantly lower than 32.5% of the vein group, the difference was statistically significant( χ2=4.40,P=0.04).Conclusion:In the transthoracic minimally invasive occlusion for the treatment of congenital heart disease, the implementation of Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia effect is better, patients with rapid recovery, higher safety,is worth learning.关键词
