摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of miR-100 in gastric cancer tissues. Method:The expression of miR-100 in gastric cancer tissues(experimental group)and the adjacent normal tissues (control group)were compared.Result:The positive rate of miR-100 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The positive expression of miR-100 in the experimental group was associated with the differentiation degree,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:miR-100 expression is up-regulated in gastric cancer tissues,which plays a role in the development of gastric cancer.关键词
