摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore practical value of PCLL in traditional Chinese medicine Internal Medicine through comparative study of clinical teaching problem-oriented teaching model (PCLL) and traditional teaching methods. Method:96 cases in 2005 grade TCM undergraduate were selected ,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to a random number table,48 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional classroom teaching methods,the observation group was used PCLL pedagogy.The results of PCLL teaching modle were evaluated by theoretical basis examinations of internal medicine,internal medicine clinical practice and evaluation resultsof two teaching methods.Result:The Chinese medicine theory examination, internal medicine clinical practice results and evaluation results of teaching methods of observation group were better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Students’ achievement in PCLL teaching mode of Chinese medicine is better than traditional teaching methods either basic theoretical of internal medicine or clinical practice capacity. After evaluation study also showed that PCLL is superior to traditional teaching methods.
