Abstract
Objective:To discusses the application effect of humanistic nursing in neurosurgery.Method: 166 patients in our department from November 2012 to May 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the humanistic nursing group.The control group received routine nursing,the humanistic nursing group received humanistic nursing.Patients’ comfort,satisfaction and the incidence of nursing disputes were compared between the two groups.Result:Patients’ comfort of the humanistic nursing group was higher than that of the control group,the satisfaction situation of the humanistic nursing group was better than that of the control group,the incidence of nursing disputes in the humanistic nursing group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic nursing can significantly improve patients’ comfort and satisfaction,reduce nursing disputes so as to improve the quality of nursing.It is worth clinical popularization and application.关键词
