摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of MIPPO treatment of distal tibial fracture.Method:65 cases of the distal tibial fractures were selected in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015.All the patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group of 33 cases, the control group of 32 cases, the observation group was used MIPPO technology treatment and the control group was treated by open reduction and internal fixation with tradition.The fracture healing time, postoperative joint function score, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result:The healing time,pain scores, functional scores ,activity scores, good rate and the complications incidence of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The MIPPO clinical efficacy of the distal tibial fractures is significantly better than internal fixation, which can effectively shorten the healing time, relieve pain, improve function and machine mobility, the complication rate is lower, the security is higher, it can be in clinical application.关键词
