Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of PFNA and DHS in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Method:The clinical data of 74 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from July 2011 to April 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into group PFNA and group DHS according to the operation method.Patients in group PFNA were given minimally invasive PFNA internal fixation,while group DHS was given open reduction with DHS internal fixation.The indexes related to the operation and the clinical effects of the two groups were recorded and compared.Result:The length of the incision,the average operation time and the average bleeding volume of group PFNA were better than those of group DHS,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of group PFNA was higher than that of group DHS,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with open reduction with DHS internal fixation, minimally invasive PFNA treatment has the advantages of minimally invasive,shorter operative time,less blood loss and better clinical effect.关键词
