摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction process of optimization of Jiuwei Ejiao extract.Methods With content of Astragalus armour glycosides as indexes and was determined by ELSD-HPLC.The orthogonal test was used to investigate factors,such as added water volume(A),extraction time(B) and extraction times(C),determine the optimum extraction of Jiuwei Ejiao extract. Results The order of influencing factors for extraction was extraction times(C),added water volume(A)and extraction time(B).The optimum extraction of Jiuwei Ejiao extract was A2B1C3. Conclusion The preparation process is reasonably practicable.关键词
