Abstract
A lot of problems are easy to find in definition,qualification requirement,cultivation system,certification standards,working mode and other aspects of them by observing cultivation and current situation of domestic clinical nurse specialist and comparing gaps between home and abroad. Therefore,development of domestic clinical nurse specialist needs to not only learn from valuate experience of foreign countries to strictly standardize qualification certification of clinical nurse specialist,but also cultivate high-quality nursing talents with a lot of clinical experience to agree with practice situation of country.关键词
