Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the treatment effect of Shenling Baizhu powder combined mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis of spleen stomach Qi deficiency.Methods 97 patients with ulcerative colitis of spleen stomach Qi deficiency, who were received and treated in our hospital from May 2011 to June 2014, were selected and were divided into treatment group and control group according to randomized grouping principle. Treatment group was treated with Shenling Baizhu powder combined mesalazine, while control group was only treated with mesalazine. To compare the effective rate of treatment, the improvement condition of correlative evaluation, and the disappearance time of main clinical symptoms between the two groups.ResultsAfter 8 weeks treatment, the clinical symptoms of the two groups were improvement at different degree, the effective rate of treatment, the disease active index of DAI score, the inflammatory indexes level of ESR, CRP, the disappearance time of main clinical symptoms compared with the two groups showed that, the improvement effect in treatment group was better than which in control group, the differences was statically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenling Baizhu powder combined mesalazine could effectively treat ulcerative colitis of spleen stomach Qi deficiency, could reduce inflammatory response and improve patients’ constitution, could shorten the healing time of illness, has higher clinical popularization value.关键词
