大剂量盐酸氨溴索联合纤维支气管镜吸痰治疗重症肺炎的疗效和安全性分析
Analysis of curative effect and safety of high dose ambroxol hydrochloride combined with fiberoptic bronchoscope sputum suction in treatment of severe pneumonia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze curative effect of high dose ambroxol hydrochloride combined with fiberoptic bronchoscope sputum suction in treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods60 patients with severe pneumonia who were admitted to ICU of our hospital were selected as research objects and they were allocated to the research group and the control group randomly, with 30 in each. The research group was received treatment of high dose ambroxol hydrochloride combined with fiberoptic bronchoscope sputum suction at basis of routine treatment. The control group was received routine dose ambroxol hydrochloride combined with sputum-excretion treatment of vibratory sputum-excretion instrument. Clinical curative effects of patients in two groups were compared.ResultsAfter treatment, blood gas indexes including arterial oxygen pressure (PaO2), arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2), oxygenation index (PaO2/FiO2) and so on were all significantly improved and these blood gas indexes of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Inflammatory indexes including white blood cell (WBC), C-reactive Protein (CRP), blood procalcitonin (PCT) and so on were all significantly decreased and these inflammatory indexes of the research group were all significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Accepted mechanical ventilation time of the research group was also significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion High dose ambroxol hydrochloride combined with fiberoptic bronchoscope sputum suction in treatment of patients with severe pneumonia has significant curative effect and high safety and it can shorten mechanical ventilation time which is beneficial for prognosis of patients. It has great value of promotion and application.关键词
