Abstract
ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xuezhikang in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with dyslipidemia.Methods 58 cases of type 2 diabetes with dyslipidemia were divided into two groups. The patients in observation group were treated with Xuezhikang ,while the control group received simvastatin. Compare the changes in serum lipid and plasma glucose concentrations between two groups.ResultsFirstly, the observation group surpassed control group in the improvement of TC, TG, LDL-C, DL-C and other lipid levelswith significant difference(P<0.05). Secondly, in the terms of plasma glucose target, the total effective rate of observation group was 75.86%, better than the control group 55.18%(P<0.05).Lastly, no significant difference were found between observation group and control group in the overall incidence of adverse events (6.9% vs 10.34%,P>0.05).Conclusion Given the benefits of Xuezhikang in lowering blood glucose and lipids, we speculate Xuezhikang is effective and safe in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with dyslipidemia.关键词
