西咪替丁与双嘧达莫联合治疗小儿秋季腹泻的效果研究

Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore clinical curative effect of cimetidine combined with dipyridamole in treatment of children autumn diarrhea.Methods 141 children with autumn diarrhea who were admitted to our hospital from February 2013 to May 2015 were selected as research objects and they were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to random number table. 70 patients were in the observation group and 70 patients were in the control group. Children in two groups were all received routine treatment, and at the basis of it, the observation group was treated with cimetidine combined with dipyridamole while the control group was treated with ribavirin. Clinical curative effect, clinical symptom disappearance time and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results Total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.55%, significantly higher than that of the control group 71.43%. Differences between two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Symptom disappearance time including dehydration, fever, vomiting and diarrhea of the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group. Differences between two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no case of adverse reactions in two groups.ConclusionCimetidine combined with dipyridamole in treatment of children autumn diarrhea can relieve clinical symptoms of children and shorten course of disease. In addition, it has definite curative effect and high safety, worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
