行为护理模式在冠心病临床护理中的应用效果
Effects of a behavioral nursing intervention on patient with coronary artery disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of behavioral nursing intervention on patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease in the department of cardiology from January 2014 to May were recruited,and divided into behavioral nursing intervention group(experimental group,n=60)and traditional nursing mode group(control group,n=60)randomly.The behavioral nursing intervention was applied to experimental group.while the control group adopted the traditional nursing mode.Results The nursing satisfaction rate,Awareness rate about coronary heart disease,diet treatment compliance and drug therapy compliance in experimental group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost in experimental group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The behavioral nursing intervention on the patients with coronary heart disease can improve the effect of nursing care, and worth of promotion in clinical practice.关键词
