Effect of nursing intervention on nerve function and quality of life for patients with acute ischemic stroke

Abstract
ObjectiveTo probe into clinical application effect of nursing intervention on nerve function and quality of life for patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods From January to December 2013,90 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected in our hospital. The patients were divided into intervention group and control group randomly. There were 45 cases in each group. The patients with acute ischemic stroke in control group were treated with general routine nursing. The patients in intervention group were treated with systemic nursing intervention program. The changes in nerve function and quality of life of the patients in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The ratios of significant progress and total efficiency of the patients in intervention group were 46.00%and 92.00%.The ratios of significant progress and total efficiency of the patients in control group were 26.00% and 76.00%.The differences were increased significant statistically (P<0.05).After intervention, the FMA scores and BI scores of the patients in intervention group were (55.79±6.24) points and (75.43±7.05) points. The FMA scores and BI scores of the patients in control group were (43.65±5.83) points and (62.96±6.87) points. The differences were increased significant statistically (P<0.05).ConclusionSystemic nursing intervention has supported therapeutic value actively for recovering neurological function and improving quality of life for patients with acute ischemic stroke.关键词
