摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore holistic nursing intervention in the patients with bone marrow depression caused by chemotherapy of acute leukemia.Methods 138 patients with acute leukemia from January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital were divided into the control group (n=69) and the experimental group (n=69). The patients in the control group were given routing nursing. The patients in the experimental group were given holistic nursing intervention during bone marrow suppression period after chemotherapy, such as psychological nursing, basic nursing, fever nursing,infection care, Peripheral venipuncture care and prevention and control of bleeding and infection,etc. The adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results During bone marrow suppression period after chemotherapy , the rate of fever, the rate of infection, the rate of bleeding in experimental group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). After comprehensive nursing, these abovementioned cases all returned to normal and safely lived through bone marrow suppression.ConclusionFor patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy, holistic nursing intervention can effectively prevent adverse reaction during bone marrow suppression period, and help them to smoothly live through bone marrow suppression.关键词
