Abstract
Objective To analyze the application sffect of improved care model joint with hysteroscopy and vaginal hysterectomy diverticulum repair.Methods 30 cases of patients received hysteroscopy and vaginal hysterectomy diverticulum repair were included in this study,divided into usual care group and improve care group,mood changes,satisfaction and hospital stay were compared after the end of care;and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results30 patients completed the surgery successfully,one had surgical complications,the mean operative time were(124.33±50.18)min,the amount of bleeding were(113.66 ± 62.38)mL,hospitalization time were(11.06±4.74) days;compared with usual care group,improved care group with lower incidence of mood disorders,shorter hospital stay(P<0.05),while the comfort and satisfaction are higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Improved care model can shorter hospital stay,promote physical and mental health and improve comfort feeling in patients received hysteroscopy and vaginal hysterectomy diverticulum repair;and the procedure is safe and effective,able to accurately determine the size and location of the diverticulum,significantly improved the symptoms of patients,should be widely applied.关键词
