血清同型半胱氨酸、叶酸、维生素B12水平与冠心病的关系研究OA
Research on correlation between serum homocysteine,folic acid and vitamin B12 levels and coronary heart disease
目的：通过检测冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸、叶酸、维生素B12的水平，了解其对心血管疾病的临床意义。方法选取2013年1月～2015年2月在本院住院的87例冠心病患者，其中稳定型心绞痛患者41例作为SAP组，不稳定型心绞痛27例作为UAP组，急性心肌梗死19例作为AMI组。同时选取同期50名健康者作为对照组，运用化学发光法对4组血清Hcy、FA、维生素B12进行测定。对结果进行统计分析。结果 CHD患者血清Hcy水平较健康对照组明显升高，差异有统计…查看全部>>
