摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of subtotal gastrectomy in treatment of patients with massive hemorrhage of gastroduodenal ulcer.Methods120 patients with massive hemorrhage of gastroduodenal ulcer who were admitted to our hospital from December 2011 to December 2014 were selected as research objects. They were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to wills and actual diseases of patients, with 60 in each. The control group was received conventional western medicine treatment while the observation group was received subtotal gastrectomy. Clinical curative effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results The gastrointestinal function recovery time, hospitalization time and cost of treatment of the observation group were (35.21±6.57)h, (7.01±1.41)d and (3547.23±156.85) RMB respectively. The gastrointestinal function recovery time, hospitalization time and cost of treatment of the control group were (49.64±7.81)h, (12.89±2.81)d and (4304.24±142.21) RMB respectively. Effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 98% while effective rate of the control group was 77%. Complication of the observation group was 7% while complication of the control group was 17%. The observation group was obviously superior to the control group. Differences between two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionSubtotal gastrectomy in treatment of patients with massive hemorrhage of gastroduodenal ulcer can promote recovery of patients and has fewer postoperative complications which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment.关键词
