Abstract
Emergency medical technician (EMT) is a new occupation that first emerged in United States, and it is a part of the emergency medical service, and it has established a well training and certification test system. The author deeply reviewed the history and current development of EMT training and practicing system in United States, and compared it with current prehospital emergency system in China, in order to bring new enlightenment to the reform of prehospital emergency system in China.关键词
