Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of alpine hypoxia environment on the surgical operation ability of medical relief personnel. Methods Animal operation was stimulated in different altitudes, including plain (60 m), plateau(4426 m) and the changes of heart rate of medical relief personnel before and after the surgical operation, recovery time of heart rate after the surgical operation, and Fatigue Scale-14(FS-14) score were recorded, which were used for preliminary evaluation of the treatment ability changes of medical relief personnel on plateau area. Results Firstly, the differences of operational ratings and their used time were both significant between plain and plateau (P < 0.05);secondly, the differences of heart rate changes of medical relief personnel before and after the surgery and their recovery time after the surgery were both significant between plain and plateau (P < 0.05); thirdly, the differences of fatigue degree ratings of medical relief personnel after the surgery were significant between plain and plateau (P < 0.05). Conclusions The effects of alpine hypoxia on the psychology and physiology of medical relief personnel are both significant, so that the staff’s operational capacity are decreased obviously, therefore, to complete the same treatment assignment as the plain, we must make rational allocation of medical rescue personnel.关键词
