摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate score and grade of emergency medical relief organization system of the army participated in Wenchuan earthquake. Methods The established military organization system for emergency medical relief was used to grade Wenchuan earthquake relief operations, and subjective scoring from experts was the main way. Results In this study, the average score of epidemic prevention and protection was 67.3 points which was the highest in those of the first level index, and the highest was epidemic prevention and protection with 20.2 points after multiplied by weight; The average score of organization coordination was 71.0 points which was the highest in those of the second level index, and the highest was echelon treatment with 39.2 points after multiplied by weight; The average score of internal coordination was 74.0 points which was the highest in those of three-level index, and the highest was military medical institutions and hospital mobile medical teams with 47.6 points after multiplied by weight. 6 index(25.0%) was ranged as a in the total of 24 three-level index, 10 index(41.7%) was b and the other 8 index(33.7%) was c. Conclusions The implementation of epidemic prevention and protection and echelon treatment were excellent in Wenchuan earthquake, the focus of future reform is organization command ways, medical treatment scope and medical self-security, etc.关键词
