肺内皮多糖包被与急性肺损伤的研究进展
Research progress on pulmonary endothelial gycocalyx and acute lung injury
摘要
Abstract
Located on the luminal surface of vascular endothelial cells,the endothelial glycocalyx is composed of proteoglycan, glycosaminoglycan, glycoproteins and a wide array of molecules from plasma. Pulmonary endothelial glycocalyx serves as a barrier to neutrophil adhersion and extravasation. And it also has an impact on the active regulation of endothelial permeability. Endothelial glycocalyx plays a pivotal role in acute lung injury. Protection or reconstruction of glycocalyx may prove to be a new therapeutic approach for acute lung injury.关键词
