心肾综合征临床研究新进展
Recent progress on clinical research of cardiorenal syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Cardiorenal syndrome(CRS) refers to heart failure accompanied with renal impairment, or cardiac insufficiency often occurred in chronic kidney disease. Cardiac and renal diseases can aggravate and influence each other, eventually form a vicious cycle, leading to a sharp deterioration both in heart and renal function with poor prognosis. Recent progress in clinical research of cardiorenal syndrome about its definition and classification, epidemiological characteristics, pathological physiology, early detection and diagnosis, treatment were summarized in this paper.关键词
