TST联合芍倍注射治疗重度混合痔疗效观察
TST combined with Shaobei injection in treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of tissue-selecting therapy stapler (TST) combined with Shaobei injection in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids.Methods The clinical data of 180 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids treated at our hospital from January, 2012 to December, 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into an observation group (n=86) and a control group (n=94).The observation group were treated with TST and Shaobei injection and the control group PPH.The clinical efficacies of these two groups were observed and compared.Results The intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative pain, postoperative dysuria and anastomotic stenosis rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group, with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05);There were no statistical differences in operation time, hospitalization time, and postoperative recurrence rate between these two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusions TST in combination with Shaobei injection in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids is safer and more effective and minimally invasive and has better long-term curative effect than PPH.关键词
