摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic surgery for patients with tibial fracture.Methods 116 patients with posterior tibial plateau fractures treated at our hospital from January, 2014 to February, 2015 were selected and were divided into a arthroscopic group and a control group, 58 for each group.Both groups were surgically treated.Results 39 cases got excellent treatment effect and 15 good in the arthroscopic group and 20 excellent and 6 good in the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion Surgery under arthroscopy for posterior tibial plateau fractures is helpful for the treatment effect.关键词
