Abstract
Objective To explore the compliance of psychological nursing in patients undergoing PICC.Methods 155 patients undergoing PICC at our hospital from January, 2014 to August, 2015 were selected and were randomly divided into a control group (n=65), receiving routine nursing care, and a study group (n=90), receiving routine nursing care and psychological nursing intervention.The satisfaction degree, the score of quality of life (QOL), and the score of self-evaluation of anxiety scale (SAS) were statistically analyzed.Results The satisfaction degree and the scores of SAS and QOL were 77.1％, (52.3±10.6), and (32.3±5.2) in the control group and were 78.2％, (51.6±9.8), and (33.5±4.9) in the study group before the intervention, with no statistical differences (P＞0.05), and were 85.2％, (39.4±9.2), and (40.3±5.3) in the control group and were 93.3％, (31.5±8.7), and (53.1±4.8) in the study group after the intervention, with statistical differences(P＜0.05).Conclusions Psychological nursing intervention for patients undergoing PICC can effectively relieve the patients' anxiety and improve their satisfaction degree so as to improve their compliance.关键词
