Abstract
Under the background of the rise of the Internet economy, all companies must focus on information technology application. In order to ensure return on investment, it is only by scientific and effective information technology planning. In this paper, the theory of Zachman framework provides a workaround for this problem. It have studied the overall architecture and steps of information technology planning, It provides a scientific tool for large enterprise information technology planning, but also make the guidelines for the company information department develop long-term plan.关键词
