"辨体施膳"论女性药膳食疗
Discussions of Female Herbal Medicinal Diet and Dietotherapy on the Theory of "Determining Meals based on Identification of Body-Constitution"
摘要
Abstract
The diversity of genetic factors and the complexity of acquired factors, may make the body-constitution of population with obvious individual difference and spatio-temporal polymorphism. Different body-constitutions of population have different susceptibilities to pathogenic factors, thus a certain tendency will be shown in its pathogenesis and disease types. And varied individuals with the application of herbal medicinal diet and dietotherapy may have varied adaptabilities and reactions, therefore, determining meals based on identification of body-constitution is an assurance of effectiveness and safety of health preserving. Female body -constitution can be divided into nine types approximately, including mild, Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency. At the same time, they have different female physiological characteristics in the periods of menstruation, preganancy, confinement and lactation. The key of the "determining meals based on identification of body-constitution" theory is herbal medicinal diet and dietotherapy should identify the body-constitution and physiological periods.关键词
