不同炮制方法对黄精多糖含量的影响
Effcet of Different Processing Methods on the Content of Polygahatous Polysaccharides
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore different processing methods on polysaccharide content of Polygonatum sibiricum Red. and Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua, which cultivated and processed in Hunan. Methods The polysaccharide was extracted by ultrasonic extraction and the protein was removed by Sevage's method. The content of polysaccharide was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. Results The polysaccharide content of Polygonatum sibiricum Red. with different times of steaming and drying processing methods were 7.973%, 3.584%, 2.845%, 2.194%, and the polysaccharide content of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua with different processing methods were 9.602%, 3.185%, 2.572%, 2.043%; The precision was good (RSD=0.274%); The average recovery rate was 99.29%; the test has good stability in 60min (RSD=1.36%). Conclusion The content of polysaccharide was reduced with the more times of steaming and drying processing methods.关键词
