摘要
Abstract
Spermatorrhea means that there is the spontaneous sperm ejaculation without sex activities. Pro-fessor JIN Baofang differentiates the spermatorrhea into physiological and pathological types ,divides this dis-ease into deficient and excessive types ,and summarizes its disease mechanism. In the early stage ,the monarch and minster fire are strong and heart and kidneys fail to interact ,and therefore the treatment should be clearing the heart and calming the mind,dispersing the minister fire. When there is the downward flow of damp heat,and the sperm is not consolidated,the method should be clearing the heat and removing damp-ness;when there is Qi deficiency failing to consolidate ,the treatment should be tonifying Qi to hold sperm;when spermatorrhea lasts for long time ,resulting deficient and weak lower origins ,the treatment should be tonifying the original Qi to stop spermatorrhea. During the treatment ,doctor should avoid tonifying kidney and consolidating alone. Otherwise,the deficient will be more deficient and the excessive will be more ex-cessive. When there is the occurrence of spermatorrhea ,the patient should not try to stop. Otherwise ,the sperm will flow to other place and cause more diseases. Professor JIN applied the knowledge of male repro-ductive anatomy,pathology,physiology and psychology into the treatment and the effect was satisfactory.关键词
