Abstract
The language played a unique and important role on the road for Qin State to achieve its greatness. As Wei Xi said in his Theory of War Strategies,"One of Zuo' s thirty-two strategies of war is listening to", which means putting all heads together and making correct decisions by listening to the subordinates, the crowd, the wise people and the capable people. Qin Mu Gong, lis?tening to Baili, won a narrow victory in the war against Han, while suffered a crushing defeat in Mount Xiao because of refusing to listen to Jian Shu. He finally dominated Xi Rong after listening to You Yu. All the sayings like"Countries will become prosperous if they would like to listen to their people", and "Ones who won over the world should use the world by listening to the world" have profound meanings that really deserve listening to.关键词
