Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of thread lift by absorbable serrulated suture to recover the facial rejuvenation. Methods The absorbable serrulated sutures were placed from the tempus to the middle and lower face in SMAS superficial layer through a hollow needle and made a"umbrella"shape,and then the sutures were tighten in the epidermis.A total of 32 cases of patients with sagging facial skin were treated.The results were comprehensively evaluated by the facial improvement before and after surgery,post- operational healing,complications and patient satisfaction. Results The patients completed regular follow-up visits for an average of one year,and the best effect showed up gradually at the 8 weeks to 12 weeks after surgery.All patients had temporary and subtle subcutaneously pulling sensation,tempus pain and other complications;no hematoma, infection and nerve damage was observed.According to the comprehensive judgment of the surgeon and beauty seekers,the results showed patient satisfaction was 84.38%,and the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion This method for the treatment of flabby face had satisfactory results.lt showed the advantages of simple,safe,subtle trauma,less pain,fast recovery,long lasting, and easy to be accepted by patients,should be widely applied.Therefore,it is worthwhile to apply face lifting by absorbable serrulated suture widely.关键词
