摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the anatomical characteristics and treatment to nasal deformity of the secondary unilateral cleft lip. Methods The nasal alar cartilage was dissected, trimmed and strengthened by the V-shaped notch of transcolumellar incision.The deformity of nose was repaired with surgery technique,such as prosthesis implantation or cartilage grafting and suspending and so on. ResuIts From Jan 2005 to Dec 2014,38 cases of the secondary unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity were treated by open rhinoplasty.Followed up 3-6 months,34 cases had satisfying effect,only 2 cases had asymmetric nostril forms,1 case of columella skew and 1 case of lower- nose deformity. ConcIusion Anatomic reduction and fix the nasal support structure is the key to obtain good postoperative effect.关键词
