正畸正颌联合治疗偏颌畸形后颌面部骨骼对称性改善情况分析
Analysis of maxillo-facial skeleton asymmetry of patients with facial asymmetry after orthodontic combined with orthognathic treatment

Abstract
Objective To study the improvment of maxillofacial skeleton symmetry of patients with fa?cial asymmetry after orthodontic orthognathic combined treatment. Methods Fifteen patients with maxillofacial asymmetry corrected by orthodontic orthognathic combined treatment were included. Posteroanterior radiographs of all patients before and after treatment were collected.CASSOS soft?ware was applied in cephalometric analysis of all radiographs through Grummons analysis method. ResuIts The differences of indexes regarding mandible asymmetry, including Ag-Angle,Co-Me,Me-Ag,Co-Ag-Me,Ag-Distance,Me to midline and L1 offset,were found decreased, yet differences still existed. ConcIusion Satisfying improvement of maxillofacial skeleton symmetry of patients with facial asymmetry can be obtained by applying orthodontic orthognathic combined treatment.However,com?plete symmetry was not seen in any patient.关键词
