Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of hair removal using elaser semiconductor laser. Methods 115 patients with type lll to V were enrolled in this study and treated with elaser semiconductor laser manufactured by Syneron Corp.,lsrael which has Elos light and electricity synergism.Hair distributed in different location was removed using elaser once every 4 to 10 weeks,and then the clinical efficacy and safety were observed. ResuIts After 3 to 6 consecutive treatments,all 115 patients obtained good outcome,and the overall effective rate is 98.26%.After treatment,the hair density decreased significantly,and the regenerated hair is thinner and the color is lighter.Patients with type V skin did not suffer from blister and pigmentation. ConcIusion Elaser semiconductor laser has good clinical efficacy for hair removal and is safe,especially to the patient with type V skin.We recommend elaser for hair removal.关键词
