Abstract
Objective Observation of minocycline combined with the red and blue light on the curative effect and the adverse reactions of the treatment of moderate and severe acne. Methods To comply with the requirements in 60 cases of patients with severe acne,according to the sequence of treatment, take random number table method,divided into red and blue light group,minocycline combined with red and blue light group,30 cases in each group.Red and blue light group with red and blue light irradiation,20 minutes each time,2 times/W;minocycline combined with red and blue light group,on the basis of the above treatment,treated with minocycline 100 mg bid,Po.The treatment time of the two groups was 4 weeks.To observe the changes of skin lesions and adverse reactions. Results Red and blue group total effective rate was 43.3%,the grade III and IV patients cured and markedly effective rate was 30%;minocycline with red and blue group the total efficiency was 76.6%, the grade III and IV patients cured and markedly effective rate was 71.4%.Compared with red and blue light group, minocycline with red and blue group the total efficiency and grade III and IV patients of recovery and significant efficiency had significant difference(P<0.01).The adverse reactions of the two groups were able to withstand,without affecting the follow-up treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Minocycline combined with red and blue light in the treatment of moderate to severe acne is a safe and effective treatment,worthy of clinical application.关键词
