摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 0.1%tacrolimus ointment combining with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream for hormone-dependent facial dermatitis. Methods The 54 cases of hormone-dependent facial dermatitis patients were randomly and averagely divided into two groups.The therapy group was treated topically with 0.1% tacrolimus ointment combining with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream twice daily.The control group was topically using tacrolimus ointment.The treatment course lasted for 4 weeks. Results After four weeks, the total effective rate of treatment group was 88.9% ,which was significantly higher than that of control group(74.1)with statistically significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Tacrolimus ointment combining with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream is effective and safe for the treatment of hormone-dependent facial dermatitis.关键词
