脂质体药物传输系统的研究新进展
New Developments in Liposomal Drug Delivery Systems
摘要
Abstract
To introduce the liposomes preparation and targeting in recent advances. The method of preparing liposomes comprises conven-tional methods(e. g., thin lipid film hydration method, reverse phase evaporation method, ethanol injection method) and novel methods (e. g.,micro hydrodynamic focusing, supercritical reverse phase evaporation method, freeze drying method), the novel methods for preparing liposomes having high encapsulation efficiency, uniform particle size, with no residual organic solvent. Compared with ordinary liposomes, targeted liposomes(e. g.,long-circulating liposomes, physical chemistry target liposomes, ligand targeting liposomes) can specifically target tumor tissue, improve drug efficacy, and decrease drug toxicity.关键词
