升麻萃取物对大鼠离体肠肌运动的影响研究
Influence of Extracts from Cimicifuga Foetida on the Motility of Ex Vitro Intestine in Rats
摘要
Abstract
s:Objective To investigate the effective part of intestinal motility in SD rats by Cimicifuga foetida extracts. Methods Based on the variation of amplitude, frequency and baseline of excised intestinal smooth muscle of rats, the effectiveness of the water extracts of C. foetida, and its chloroform extract, ethyl acetate extract, n-butanol its were compared. Results The water extracts of C. foetida re-strained the amplitude, baseline significantly ( P < 0. 05 ) , furthermore its chloroform extract had the same effect. Conclusion The water extracts of C. foetida restrained the movement of the isolated intestinal smooth muscle, and its effective part is chloroform fraction.关键词
