摘要
Abstract
Objective Potassium in SUPREP Bowel Prep Kit was determined by AAS for calculating the potassium sulfate content. Methods The content of potassium in the 766. 5 nm wavelength was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results The equation of linear regression was Y=0. 233 X+0. 033 1, r=0. 992 5. The concentration of potassium, in 0. 5~2. 0 μg/mL had a good linear relationship with the absorbance. The using level of CsCl was 0. 126% could effectively suppress and eliminated ionization interference. The average recovery rate was 100. 41%, RSD=0. 84%( n=9 ) . Conclusion The method can effectively and accurately de-termine the content of potassium in SUPREP Bowel Prep Kit.关键词
