Abstract
Objective To discovery the characteristic and pattern of adverse drug reaction in basic community hospitals in order to pro-vide information for clinical administration. Methods 100 reports of adverse drug reactions collected during August 2011 to August 2014 in Chongqing Nan'an District Longmenhao Street Community Health Service Center were analyzed. Results The female patients were little more than males in the 100 reports of ADRs and most over 60 years old. 45. 00% were reactions on skin and attachments of all ADRs, 79% were general drug reactions 84. 00% were treated with intravenous drip; 51. 00%were caused by anti-infective agents and 64. 71% from cephalosporin among these ADRs. Conclusion The community hospitals should try their best to enhance ADR monitoring, train medical staff and promote community publications to sufferers in order to decrease ADRs.关键词
