Simvastatin Combined with Trimetazidine for Treating Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure and Nursing Experience in 40 Cases

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of simvastatin combined with trimetazidine for elderly patients with chronic heart failure and to summerize the nursing experience. Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure treated by simvastatin combined with trimetazidine from February 2014 to February 2015 were divided into the control group ( routine nursing ) and the obser-vation group ( nursing intervention ) according to the random number method, 40 cases in each group. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate was significantly increased in the observation group ( P < 0. 05 );the compliance of treatment was obviously improved in the observation group ( P < 0. 05 );the scores of each dimension and total scores of life quality were significantly increased on post-nursing in the observation group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The nursing intervention can significantly increase the clinical effi-cacy of treatment of simvastatin combined with trimetazidine for elderly patients with chronic heart failure and nursing experience, im-prove the patients' compliance for treatment and life quality, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
