摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of health education nursing intervention for iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy treated by compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets. Methods 80 cases of pregnant patients with iron deficiency anemia treated by compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets from Jan 2014 to Sep 2015 were divided into the control group ( routine nursing ) and the observation group ( health education nursing intervention ) according to the random number method, 40 patients per group. Results Com-pared with the control group, the total effective rate of treatment was significantly increased in the observation group ( P < 0. 05 ); the incidence of adverse reactions was obviously reduced in the observation group ( P < 0. 05 ); the patients' cognition for disease related knowledge and treatment compliance were significantly improved after nursing in the observation group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The health education nursing intervention can significantly the clinical efficacy of compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets for pregnant pa-tients with iron deficiency anemia, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment period, and improve the patients' cog-nition for disease related knowledge and treatment compliance.关键词
