Omeprazole Quadri-Combination Therapy for the Eradication of Helicobacter Pylori in Patients with Peptic Ulce in 76 Cases

Abstract
Objective To investigate the method and efficacy for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods 152 cases of patients using drug combination therapy were divided into the study group and the control group, 76 cases in each group. The control group used triple-combination:omeprazole+amoxicillin+clarithromycin, and the study group used quadri-com-bination:omeprazole+amoxicillin+clarithromycin+colloidal bismuth subcitrate. Both groups were treated for 14 d, and after 2 months, the gastroscope and Helicobacter pylori as well as the efficacy were checked and observed in the two groups. Results The cured cases in the study group was 68 cases, and control group 55 cases;the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori in the study group was 85. 53%, which was obviously higher than 71. 05% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The quadri-combinaiton eradication therapy in treating peptic ulcer patients with Helicobacter pylori has a remarkable effect with no adverse reaction phenomenon. Compared with the PPI and triple-commination therapy, the patients' recovery rate is better, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
