Abstract
Objective:To develop a method of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker (QAMS)for determination of magnolol and honokiol in magnoliae officmalis cortex.Methods:Based on the method inChinesePharmacopoeia(2010 edition), the relative correction factor of honokiol was determined using magnolol as an internal reference substance, the method was evaluated for reproducibility, and the difference between calculated and measured values was compared.Results:The quantitative results of five batches of magnoliae officmalis cortex by QAMS was basically consistent with that by external standard method.Conclusion:The QAMS method was reliable and accurate, which might be used for the quality control of magnoliae officmalis cortex.关键词
