摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the positive rate of GADA and to analyze the clinical features in newly type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method:213 cases newly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in our hospital outpatient were done with GADA examination and analyzed the clinical indicators.Result:15 patients of them were GADA positive.GADA positive patients had a lower body mass index,and the characteristics of the low level of serum C peptide.Conclusion:To screen GADA in newly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients who have a lower body mass index,low level of serum C peptide without family history of diabetes,help to detection and diagnosis of earlier late-onset autoimmune diabetes in adults(LADA).关键词
