摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous quality improvement on stroke nasal feeding patients.Method:From October 2011 to October 2014 in our hospital for treatment 40 cases of nasal feeding patients with traditional nasal feeding management methods were chosen as the control group,at the same time 40 cases of nasal feeding patients with continuous quality improvement management were selected as the observation group,to contrast and analysis the change of blood indexes and complication happened conditions before and after continuous quality improvement.Result:The serum protein indexes and hemoglobin indexes of the control group were not higher than those of before nasal feeding(P>0.05),the serum protein indexes were higher(P<0.05),the whole indexes improvement condition of the observation group after nasal feeding nutrition were obviously better than those of the control group(P<0.05),the distention, diarrhea,vomiting,constipation conditions of the observation group were obviously better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinic effect of the stroke nasal feeding patients using continuous quality improvement management is good,it can effectively improve the patients' nutrition condition,and it can release the complication incidence,it can help the stroke patients improve life quality.关键词
